During this class, students will learn how to prepare brisket, pulled pork and ribs that are tender and tasty! Students will learn cooking times, techniques and receive hands-on experience at The Butcher Shop. Taste-testing will occur at the end of the class. Students will also receive a 10% off coupon for a future purchase. (2 Hours)
