Welcome to Adult & Community Education at Lake Career & Technical Center

Our goal is to offer quality courses at an affordable price.  It is our hope that you will find a class to meet your individual needs. We have partnered with Laker Enrichment Afterschool to offer discounts to employees of Camdenton R-III and to parents/guardians of students enrolled in Afterschool Services. Use the links to the left to see our current classes and to register. 

Ready to register for a class?

Click the Register Now! link next to the time and date that you want to attend the course. This will put the course in your shopping cart.  Click Continue Shopping to select another course or click Checkout to pay your registration fees.

You will create an account when you are ready to checkout and pay your registration fees.  If you already have an account, you can log in after you click Checkout; otherwise, click the Create New Account link on the login page.  You must include an email address to register online. If you do not have an email address, please call 346-9271 to register by phone.

After you've completed the account registration form, you will be directed to the payment page to pay the registration fees.  Once the fees are paid, you have successfully enrolled in the selected courses!

Please note: All children enrolled in youth classes MUST be accompanied by an adult for the entirety of the class period.  Some classes may have age restrictions.  Youth under age 16 may attend some adult classes where appropriate only if accompanied by a registered adult.  Call for specific class information.

Would You Like to Teach a Community Education Class?

If you would like to offer a class through Community Education, give our staff a call at 573-346-9271. We will talk with you about your ideas and help you design a class. You do not need a teaching certificate, just an interest in sharing your passion with others.

What is our Refund Policy?

• Classes are subject to cancellation if minimum enrollment is not met.  If a class is canceled due to not meeting minimum enrollment, you will be given the option to receive a full refund of your registration fee.  You will be notified by phone and email if a class is canceled.
• To withdraw your registration & receive a refund you must notify LCTC at least 3 business days before the class starts.  Your registration fee, minus a $10 cancellation fee, will be refunded.  
• If notice of cancellation is received from you less than 3 business days before the class starts, no refunds, transfers or credits will be issued. 
• No refunds, transfers, or credits are given for no-shows.

Inclement Weather

It’s Missouri, so you never know what the weather will do. If Camdenton R-III cancels school or dismisses early because of inclement weather, etc., evening classes will also be canceled and rescheduled.
