Please complete and send the application forms to LCTC in order to start the enrollment process.

The background check report can take up to 2-3 weeks to reach LCTC. It is recommended that applicants request their high school transcript be sent to LCTC during the background check wait time to avoid unnecessary delays in enrollment.
